Terms of Membership

Registry Status: Binding Protocol

1. The Social Contract

Membership in the Bu.lk registry is a privilege predicated on the Vow of Confidence. By accepting an invitation, members agree to prioritize the sanctity of the network, the protection of fellow members' identities, and the preservation of the namespace’s integrity.

2. Code of Conduct

We operate on a zero-noise policy. Members are expected to conduct themselves with the discretion, professional rigor, and intellectual honesty required of the individuals we serve. Any action that threatens the security, privacy, or reputation of the network will result in immediate, permanent revocation of credentials.

3. Administrative Discretion

The Bu.lk registry retains full, absolute discretion regarding the admission, retention, and removal of any member. This registry is not a democracy; it is an optimized environment. We reserve the right to modify these protocols at any time to ensure the continued security of our namespace.

4. The Vow of Confidence (VOC)

All interactions within the network are governed by the V.O.C. protocol. Members utilize the VOC to signal value and intent. Abuse of this protocol: whether through solicitation, dishonesty, or lack of professional decorum is a violation of membership terms and will lead to an immediate review of your standing.

5. Liability & Sovereignty

Members engage with one another and the network at their own professional discretion. Bu.lk provides the architecture of trust, but the quality of the interaction rests with the individual member. We facilitate; we do not mandate outcomes.

"Membership is a discipline. It is defined not by what you gain, but by the standards you uphold."
